Actually had purchased merchandise for my machines from another company previously but needed more product than the previously used vendor offered so I found Gumballmachine factory carried all that I needed and decided for ease I would just purchase everything at one time from them instead of trying to search out the best bargain on each product and ordering from multiple vendors.Though the initial prices scared me a bit because they seemed so much higher than the other vendor used in the past, I was very pleasantly surprised when I did a true comparison and ran the identical items, along with shipping (thats where the other guys hit you so you dont see it in the beginning), I realized that in fact the true bottom line was no higher. I would purchase from this company again. I called on Monday to see if I would be able to receive my gum ball machine by Thursday. The lady I spoke with said that if I placed my order by noon, they would be able to ship that day. I received my order on Wednesday and the gumball machines are very good quality. I ordered a new glass globe for my existing gumball machine. I was pleased that it was well packed and arrived safely. It was very simple to order through the website. I almost didnt recieve it though as UPS has no place to pick up packages here in my part of Canada. You have to be at home. 3 tries and they send your package back! Michelle - Canada
